Meridian("we", "us", or "our") is operated from Montréal, Québec, Canada. This Privacy Policy is governed by Québec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25 / Bill 64) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. Our designated Privacy Officer can be reached at themeridianteamlmt@gmail.com.

Information collected automatically:Usage data including pages visited, features accessed, and actions taken within the platform. Log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and improve the Service.
Visitor intelligence data:When you use our Visitor Intel feature, we collect data about anonymous visitors to your connected website, including IP address, company association (where determinable), pages visited, and behavioural signals. This data is processed to identify potential leads and is subject to applicable privacy laws.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations; send administrative information such as changes to our Terms or policies; respond to comments and questions and provide customer support; send AI-generated onboarding, campaign, and analytical content; monitor usage patterns to improve platform performance; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; comply with legal obligations.
To maintain the highest possible accuracy of our AI models, Meridian collects and anonymizes operational metadata across all active organizations on the platform. This includes aggregate performance indicators such as lead-to-contact rates, conversion rates, and average deal values. All such data is stripped of personally identifiable information before aggregation.
This anonymized data pool serves two purposes: (1) it is used to train and refineMeridian's AI agents so that outreach recommendations improve over time for all users; and (2) it generates industry-wide performance benchmarks that allow users to understand how their conversion metrics compare to peers in similar niches.
No individual organization's data is identifiable in aggregate reports. Only statistics drawn from a minimum of two organizations in a given industry segment are published as benchmarks. By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to this anonymized aggregation. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data, which triggers immediate erasure of all your data from aggregation pipelines.
